Vulnerability and authenticity have been buzz words ever since Brené Brown’s book, The Gifts of Imperfection.
While we can overcome the fear of speaking our truth, and occasionally go deep and reveal secret parts of ourselves in relationships, it can be hard to do it over and over again.
This channeling session goes all the way to the core of what builds these walls and protections around our hearts and reveals how to step into authenticity not just some of the times when you’re feeling brave, but all of the time because it simply becomes who you are.
